Personally, I am not the most creative sort when it comes to dreaming up new problems to solve in little known niche markets. Fortunately for me there are several evergreen markets brimming with people always eager to purchase a new product that offers a solution.

  • Divorce
  • Avoiding foreclosure
  • Make more money (after all what’s this blog about?)
  • People looking for status symbols on the cheap
  • Gamblers
  • Pet problems
  • Investors
  • People with bad body odor

Look at these problems and see if you can figure out what they all have in common.  They are all nawing and persistent. They usually affect people’s security, vanity, or sense of self-worth, and they will not go away or improve without action.

Find a solution for a problem like the ones above and you’ll have a better chance at being successful.
